
Cheese-making it has been a tradition for decades In Macedonia (Greece). And so our father Vangelis Bogiatzis became a piece of this tradition for over 40 years. After many years of experience in cheese-making factories of province (FILOTA FLORINIS from 1969 up to 1976) and in the area of Thessaloniki (Zagkliberi from 1976 up to 1978, Leykochori from 1978 up to 1981) and after continuous work and effort, in 1981 he managed to open his own cheese-making factory in Peribolaki village (means “little farm”) at the region of Lagkadas.
Having as an ally the quality and know-how and with the prestige that acquired all these years in the cheese-supplying branch, accomplished to deliver the factory in 2002 to us, as an excellently organized family enterprise. Based on his principals, his ideas and his beliefs, all three of us followed on his footsteps, we succeeded in continuing his work and to appear worthy to his expectations.
Our company, exclusively specialized in the white cheeses as FETA PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), Traditional and Lefko cheese, has as result our expertise and continuous improvement of these products.
All these years we have succeeded in keeping the high quality of our products on the same time with their continuous development.
